Polypropylene (PP) — a shatter-resistant, lightweight, fully recyclable plastic (PP #5). It delivers durability, safety, and sustainability over hundreds of uses.

Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from artwork approval. On tight deadlines, talk to us — we’ve completed rush orders in under 48 hours.

You can upload artwork using our templates, or our in-house team can set your layout. Vector files (PDF/SVG/AI) and high-resolution images work best. We’ll send a proof for approval before production.

Yes — we offer purchase (low MOQs), rental for one-off events, and serviced contracts (washing, drying, storage). We’ll recommend the best fit for your event.

Payment details and terms are confirmed during your order. Bank details are on the invoice; production begins once payment is received.

Packing depends on order volume. You’ll receive tracking to monitor delivery and expected arrival times.

Absolutely. Our cups are dishwasher-safe. Place them on the top shelf and let them dry fully before storage — they’re designed to last hundreds of cycles.

Not necessarily. Deposits encourage returns and reduce litter, but a levy system can work just as well. We’ll advise what best suits your operation.

In-Mould Labelling (IML) fuses your design into the cup during moulding, creating a premium, full-colour finish that won’t peel or scratch.

There’s no law prohibiting service in a reused or customer-provided cup, provided you prevent cross-contamination (the cup mustn’t contact taps/dispensing equipment). For alcohol sold by measure, the Weights and Measures Act 1985 requires using a certified UKCA-marked cup or an approved dispensing system. Venues remain responsible for accurate measurements.

Yes — 100%. Each reusable cup replaces hundreds of disposables, cutting waste and CO₂ across events. They’re washable, durable, and fully recyclable as PP.

Most “paper” cups have plastic/PLA liners and aren’t widely recyclable. The UK uses 2.5B+ per year, driving high emissions and deforestation. They’re designed for disposal, not reuse.

PLA “bio” cups typically need industrial composting, which is scarce in the UK, so they often end up in landfill/incineration and can contaminate recycling. Reusable PP cups are genuinely recyclable and designed for long-term use.
